A four-session, afternoon Watercolor Workshop, totaling 12 instructional hours, is scheduled for Tuesdays from Sept. 9th to October 7th (No class on 9/23) from 1 pm until 4 pm at the Monroe County Safety Center in Snydersville, just off the Route 33 behind Schocks.
